Casselton Ambulance Service has proudly provided 24 hour a day, 7 days a week coverage to over 740 square miles of rural Cass County since 1978. In the Fall of 2014, Casselton ambulance service began part-time Advanced Life Support through a management agreement and support from Ringdahl EMS. In January of 2023, Casselton Ambulance formed Casselton Rural Ambulance District.
